Reproducible code to fit a Moran-Downton Weibull Bivariate Cure. The MainCode.Rmd runs the full code for a simulation study and aplied application to Diabetic Retinopahty. The MDBED package is required but is no longer available to download from cran, so users must download the latest archive version (https://CRAN.R-project.org/package=MDBED)
