2026.10.24: live generation speed; pin core v0.76.0 - #342

…nning rows Control protocol 49: /live reports the speed of running requests now instead of requests that finished in the last minute. - Menu bar: the second line is the total current speed (0 t/s while requests wait for their first token, a dash when nothing runs). The loop ticks every second while the menu is open or a request runs and the bar shows numbers, and stops when nothing runs. - Menu: each In Progress row shows that request's speed before the elapsed time (one-line text on the tray too). - Traffic: Live is callable from the webview; while the page is shown and rows are running it polls /live once a second, and a running row's token cell shows its speed (a dash before the first token). - Regenerated src/generated/tw-api.ts; the screenshot mock answers Live. The bar waited for the 3-second settle after RequestStarted before it began ticking, so the first seconds of a request still showed a dash. A separate wake for RequestStarted makes the loop ask /live at once. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
