Release 2026.10.22.

  • Pin core v0.75.0 (Bump wasmtime to 49.0.3 and rustls to 0.23.46 (RustSec advisories) ThinkWatch-Core#339, #340, #341, #342, #343): plugin helpers (tw) and in-place edits; the dangerous-command check and placeholder restoring now cover every choice of an answer; reply plugin fixes for split placeholders, skipped plugins and answers with several choices. The control-plane protocol stays at 48 and the request store schema is unchanged, so the generated types do not change and nothing is cleared.
  • The template for a new plugin edits req in place and uses tw.appendSystem.
  • Version 2026.10.22 and release-notes/2026.10.22.md.

The new-plugin template now relies on core's plugin helpers: changes to
req take effect without returning it, and tw.appendSystem adds the note
to the end of the system prompt (skipping it when already present).
