Extract the OpenCut editor workspace into a host-driven component shared by the web route and desktop integration. The host supplies its live project panels and actions; the web route keeps its local editing model. Supports Theorvane/OpenScene#466.\n\nVerification: OpenCut TypeScript check, 13 editor tests, web production build.
