Interfaces with Garry's Mod lua over HTTP to avoid using SQL.

Servers to enjoy

Make a secret. Put that secret in lua files.
Put /lua/mss_bans in the addons folder
Put /lua/provider/restful.lua in the pointshop providers folder, and select it as the provider
