Adds ProposalCraft to Marketing, Sales & CRM.

What it does: MCP server for Claude Desktop that drafts client proposals in your voice, learned from your past winning proposals. Paste a client brief → get a ready-to-send proposal. Zero API key, fully local.

Tools: analyze_brief, draft_proposal, load_examples + 12 bundled industry templates (web design, SaaS, mobile MVP, brand identity, and more).

Thanks for the contribution. proposalcraft is already listed in docs/marketing-sales--crm.md, so this PR would create a duplicate entry. Please update the existing listing instead of adding a second one if there is newer metadata to include.
