LLM Benchmarking with Llama.cpp on Android

This new version of the app completely replaces MLC-LLM with Llama.cpp, delivering significantly better performance and stability.

The app can load and run LLMs in the .gguf format from Hugging Face.

In addition, the app is integrated with our ranking system, which stores and displays the benchmark results.
