Hosted MCP Endpoint: Updated .mcp.json, mcp.json, .cursor-mcp.json, and packages/claude-directory/.mcp.json to https://mcp.syntermedia.ai/mcp (matches the Claude connector listing). Addressed CodeRabbit review comment r4445159218 on scripts/check-skill-tools.mjs (~line 41).
Updated tool reference extraction to detect unquoted tool references across prose, markdown lists, backticks with arguments, and function calls, while preventing false positives from URLs, markdown link targets, HTML tags/comments, and file paths with extensions.
Added dynamic tool template detection (pull_<platform>_..., get_*) to fail closed.
Expanded checkSkillTools to scan config/claude-directory/help.md alongside skills/ and packages/claude-directory/skills/.
Added unit tests for extractToolReferences and CLI test fixtures in scripts/check-skill-tools.test.js (29/29 tests pass).
Verified against the repository: all 113 files (908 tool references) strictly match the 304 hosted tools in scripts/hosted-tools.json.
