- Add an option to make bosses drop required items (similar to how race mode used to work) - Set dungeons with plandomized major items to have a required boss in race mode

To attach an additional reward to defeating bosses, this PR adds an option to make bosses drop major items. This allows settings that behave more like the old system for required bosses.
Also restore an interaction between plandomizer and race mode that had been removed.
