Summary

• Add a GitOps-managed Argo Application for new.portal.ardac.org redirects.
• Add an ALB Ingress in the existing ardac1prd group.
• Use HTTP_302 redirects to portal.ardac.org while preserving path and query.

Notes

• Existing Route53 records already point new.portal.ardac.org at the production ALB.
• Existing ACM certificate ARN is reused by the redirect ingress.
