By the way, at this moment master branch of paralect/robomongo already merged into this multilanguage branch. And PR should be fast-forwardable.

@VBelozyorov Since there is a lot of history in this PR, can you please summarise the current state of things to review?

In particular: what languages have been translated, what testing has been done, and are there any outstanding todo items from the earlier reviews :).

Merging this is ultimately up to @schetnikovich but I think it would be helpful to agree on what's left to do.

@stennie there are German translation by @Cornyfisch, Brazilian Portuguese by @marceloboeira and unfinished Russian by me.
*.ts files updating and *.qm files generating can be done automatically by cmake.

cmake .. -DUPDATE_TRANSLATIONS
make translations

for *.ts updating/
I didn't run any automated tests, because, for now, have no idea about required test environment for Robomongo. But, of course, there are no compilation warnings or errors, at least on my openSuse linux machine. And while working on this I've not seen any unexpected behavior of Robomongo.

@VBelozyorov Are the German & Brazilian Portuguese translations complete? Can the Russian translation be finished before merging?

I'll try building from the multilanguage branch to see how it looks.

It would also be helpful to have instructions on what/how to translate. I might try translating en-gb as a test :).

@stennie yes, I want to finish Russian translation soon.
Maybe there will be another small changes, so I'll comment out when branch (and other translations) will be are ready for check by other contributors one more time.

I've completed RU translation (and merged from paralect/master).

I'm not quite satisfied with how CMake working with translations. In some situations, it removes ts files from the source tree.

I've tried to create a custom target to update ts files in hope that if this target wouldn't built automatically, this will prevent ts files from being deleted. But so far I did not succeed.
Maybe someone who has experience in writing cmake scripts be able to suggest the best way to do it?

Just wrote simple translator's guide in the wiki. It's need to check grammar and style in it.

@marceloboeira This was big batch of changes which we would consider merging after the next stable release (0.8.5). I was travelling during September so didn't nudge anyone to push 0.8.5 betas, but will get discussion moving after 0.8.5 is out. The PR will need to be reviewed & re-based against current master.

Yes I had to migrate to the new owner and its main software Studio3T who is not open source. :(
