I noticed that a lot of the information in the docs did not reflect stremio-core, so have rewritten it to match what's actually in the code, and hopefully provide better clarity with the stream types.
Decided not to touch the manifest docs as it's too important.
Claude was used for formatting and generating examples, but have manually verified all content.
