Resource Files

A resource editor must be used to edit the resource files in the project. In the past Visual Studio was used, but moving over to cmake ResEd22 will work.

This is a drag and drop resource editor, however the header file will not be updated manually. I suggest not touching the resource editor unless absolutely necessary.
