We currently store our translations on another system that needs some updating. I'll keep the PR open for others to find and add it to the project when it has been updated.

Thank you for providing a Russian translation but the Pull Request at its current cannot be merged.

Additionally, I do not have access to the server hosting all the non-English translations. A new system is planned for the future, this PR might have to wait until it is ready. But you can just copy the ru_RU file into the plugins folder and configure the plugin to use it.

As a side note: You only have to translate the language file. Translating the plugin.yml directly is nothing we would want to merge. The plugin name should never be translated and commands and descriptions shouldn't be translated in there either as it affects everyone despite using the English translation.
