The direct-install marketplace still serves native plugins 0.2.3 while the canonical OSS release provides 0.3.1. Update Codex and Claude Code to the exact released ZIP contents, preserving plugin identities, catalog paths, skills, permissions and private server configuration. Record source revision, bundle checksums and complete file hashes in SOURCE.json.
Add a standard-library sync/check command and Node 22/24 CI so future releases detect checksum, catalog, manifest, licensing or bundle drift. The separate MCPB and MCP Registry entry remain at 0.2.3; no registry dispatch or installed-client update is included.
Validation: both canonical package trees match all 24 Codex and 22 Claude ZIP files byte for byte; both bundled adapters/installers pass Node syntax checks; Claude manifest validation passes. Exact canonical source CI passed at 6387b8d61971edaf75063aaeb6478a73f41542c5. New pull-request CI downloads and verifies the public canonical assets independently.
