Tarn

Tarn was founded by HowdeyFlowey with aid money from Delta. It's a Japanese-styled town, inspired by the shape of the island on which it lays. Much of its nomenclature is inspired by the Transformers universe. It is pledged to join Delta's nation should it ever found one. It is connected to Delta by road, and is approximately equidistant from Delta and Ugab.
