Gday Paul,
Just cleaned up some broken markdown / html issues. I cleaned the language up in the introduction and tried not to hate on Microsoft so much. Also wrote a section on how App Control applies to a web browser context. If you're happy with this direction, happy to keep contributing w/ other sections.
Let's see how it evolves over time.
