Move candidate window with the text cursor #1

Goal

Position the Ink candidate window relative to the current text/caret position instead of displaying it at a fixed screen location.

Scope

• Obtain the current text/caret position from the platform integration layer
• Propagate position updates to Ink
• Position the candidate window relative to the caret
• Update the window when the caret/composition position changes
• Handle screen boundaries to keep the candidate window visible

Outcome

The candidate window follows the active input position and remains correctly positioned while composing text.
