test(daemon): superseded receipt-terminal tests fail under load #4183

Two tests in crates/tracedecay/src/daemon/invocation_tests/types_tests.rs fail when the full //crates/tracedecay:unit_test binary runs under host load. Each passes 3/3 run alone. Both came from the #4144/#4147 superseded-receipt work, and both failed in the same run as the #4172 replay test (fixed by #4181).

superseded_queued_work_emits_its_own_receipt_terminal
  panicked at types_tests.rs:751:5: superseded work that never acquired capacity must settle its own receipt

Seen in a local merge gate on master 2254620 plus #4169 (898 passed, 3 failed, 144 s).

Decide whether each is a wall-clock wait in the test that expires while the busy shared native runtime still makes progress (fix the wait to settle on the terminal event), or a real missed receipt terminal under contention (fix production). Show a fail-without-the-fix check either way.
