Summary

This PR solves issue #750

Changes Made

• Made an effort to be consistent so that resources covering the same subject appears on the same pages (where no obvious reason for there being a difference)
• Removed the topic "University RDM resources" as that page does not list resources
• Made sure that the phases are listed in the correct order on the resources
• Added empty phase list for the resources that only had a topic associated with them. This to give a better overview and make it easier to search for those ones.
• Removed outdated resources
• Added KTH Zenodo community as a resource
• Added a link to the Training Portal on the resources page
• Added a link to the metadata topic on the Share page and removed metadata resources from share page
• Updated information about NAISS on preserve page
