Docs: describe 1.13.1 and refresh the Settings screenshots - #54

Sync the bundled widget and UI copies with the app, adding the glass rim and smooth corner modules the dock and folders now use. Drop the Title and Description rows from the settings reference: the release removes both from General. Recapture the Appearance, Badge and Labels screenshots and the dashboard hero against 1.13.1, under new content-hashed names.

Screenshots were captured from a 1.13.1 container inDEMO_MODEon a private host, in headless Chromium with SF Pro Text installed, at 2x for the admin crops and 1.5x for the hero; I inspected the light captures and checked the dark ones only by dimensions, and did not open the built pages in a browser.Checklist
