Docs: refresh the dashboard screenshot and social card - #38

Replace the Introduction screenshot with a capture of the current dashboard, under a content-hashed filename so the immutable cache serves the new file. Rebuild the social card around the same capture, using the landing page's bezel, wordmark lock-up and accent colour.
