Docs: document the Books shelf rows and its new sizes - #28

The widget holds a shelf row per size instead of one view, and offers a medium and a large size. The page named one size and described the view settings as belonging to the widget. Split the Configuration table so the per-shelf fields stand on their own, and refresh the embedded widget copies. Move both preview stubs onto the shelves payload the widget now reads, without which the previews draw an empty shelf.

Rendered in Chromium against the production build in light and dark: both previews populate, the small tile draws its Audiobookshelf list and the medium its Komga library, with no console errors. Without the stub change both previews draw an empty shelf.Checklist
