Fix: give the badge screenshots content-hashed filenames - #25

Rename badge-labels.png and badge-list.png to carry a content hash so a replaced image is served under a new URL. Files in public/ are sent with a one-year immutable cache, so reusing a filename leaves the previous image at the edge.
