Fix: open a search result in one tab

Summary

• Leave opening an external search result to the result's own target="_blank" link on click and Enter; window.open now runs only on the touch path, whose touchend cancels the link default.
• Refresh the spotlight.js cache-busting stamps.

Testing
All green. Added a test that pins the click path to the link and the touch path to window.open.
