What is the CDP4-COMET-Batch-Editor

The CDP4-COMET BatchEditor Community Editition (CE) is the Starion Group open source command line tool compliant with ECSS-E-TM-10-25A Annex A and Annex C webservices. The BatchEditor allows fast execution of common commands on large portions of EngineeringModel data.
