Add uplifting music option for "Sad" emotion + UI improvements

Hi @SGCODEX 👋

I've added a new feature to enhance the user experience based on detected emotions:

✨ What's New:

• When the emotion "Sad" is detected, users now get two options:
  • 🎵 Play Sad Music (mood-matching)
  • 🎵 Play Uplifting Music (mood-lifting)
• For all other emotions, it continues to suggest relevant background music.
• Improved code structure by refactoring repeated logic into a cleaner flow.
• Switched to a cleaner method to search for the URL, no string decoding.

📁 Changes:

• Added: code/new_models/app_local_streamlit_uplifting_music.py ( my updated version)

I tested locally, and it works smoothly with Streamlit and WebRTC.
