EHR data needs to be validated by Claire
Definition of Done
- Claire and Jeremy agreed that the data is valid - complete and accurate
- Decide which script checks for returning zero rows
- Vijay to confirm that this is the data he needs for his project
- including with regard to timestamp fields

Claire and I met yesterday. We looked at the EHR data that had come through. There were four non-empty comment values for the secretion queries over the current collection period.
Claire said that only the lab results query (Emap) could be used to fail the process if it returned zero rows — the rest can legitimately be empty. Therefore we will need another method to ensure that Caboodle ETL has finished. It was while looking into this that I discovered that the Caboodle ETL starts before midnight UTC when under BST, hence #110 .

Vijay received the data and confirmed he would check the data.
There is no script on Caboodle that could use zero rows as indication that the script hasn't finished yet. Jeremy investigating with SAFEHR community about other options. If there is no useful suggestion within 1 day, we will run the scripts at 5pm in the evening and assume that Caboodle has already finished.
