Updated the existing encoding example for EAC to the new content model of relation; added encoding example for EAD
Updated the summary and description to be more specific with regard to the contexts in which shortCode is available and to remove any remnants of its previous more general use for any type of abbreviation
Moved information about attribute usage from description into new attributeusage section; updated the encoding examples
Removed attributeusage (with type="eac") that referenced `@base`, which - by now - has been removed; updated the example, which had a closing `</reference>` element too much
Removed head (for EAC, see SAA-SDT/eas-schemas#268) and renamed physFacet to physicalFacet (for EAD) on mayOccurWithin; updated the example to only using `<p>`, which is available in all three EAS, rather than `<biogHist>` and only keeping the first paragraph (as the second doesn't add any new encoding case)
Added demographicDescription in first (type="eac") paragraph of description
Corrected typo in second paragraph of attribute usage (where it said start date instead of end date)
Rephrased summary and description to be more generally applicable as useDates also exists in EAF; added type="eac" to the example
Updated summary for type="ead" as writingSystem is required; adapted the description according to the typing used; updated availability with regard to EAD context; added an example for EAD
