fix(moderation): SafeSearch API 키를 URL 대신 헤더로 보낸다
S3 에 저장한 직후 공개 주소(/files/...)로 같은 사진을 다시 내려받아 심사하느라 prod 에서 ~0.66초가 더 걸렸다(X-Ray 1-6ae1d6f6). 제출값이 방금 올린 URL 과 같을 때만 바이트를 쓰고, 그 사이 바뀌었으면 기존처럼 URL 로 받는다. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
perf(profile): 올린 프로필 사진은 받은 바이트로 심사한다
prod 가입 중앙값 ~1.0초 중 ~0.88초가 Gemini 닉네임 심사 대기였다(X-Ray 1-6ae1aa8f). 가입 응답은 등록 직후 상태(PENDING)로 바로 내리고, 심사는 서버 안 작은 대기열에서 돈다. 심사 중엔 본인에게 입력 닉네임·타인에게 임시 닉네임이 보이고, 거절되면 임시 닉네임과 거절 알림이 남는다(기존 거절 경로 그대로). 대기열이 넘치거나 태스크가 내려가 놓친 건 05:00 PENDING 스캔이 다시 집는다.
