Summary
Updates the canonical S2-RO-04 and S2-RO-09 documents to record the already accepted post-remediation Lab2 live result. Historical failure and NOT_YET_VERIFIED states remain explicitly historical.

Independent documentation review: PASS, zero material or non-material findings. Exact two-file scope, committed diff whitespace, UTF-8/LF/no-BOM, current-status consistency, traceability, readability, and secret review passed.
The local documentation task's report-index result remains INCOMPLETE / exit 1: 14 optional missing, zero mandatory missing, zero failed, zero unknown. Its Owner exception applied only to that local documentation task. The independent review had its own static-only exception. Neither exception applies to hosted CI; this PR requires fresh Safe CI success for its exact head under normal repository policy.
Scope
Exactly two documentation files; no source, test, dependency, runtime, device, credential, or authorization behavior changes. No new live validation was performed for this correction.
S2-RO-10 and S2-RO-11 remain separately gated. This PR does not establish full Stage-2 Lab2 runtime completion, production readiness, or configuration-change capability. Final post-merge synchronization and closure require separate authorization.
