This PR separates the cleanup work from the API-key redaction fix. Changes: removes unused files and stale usage-log artifacts, updates architecture/configuration cleanup, and includes a one-line usage_tracker fallback so the branch can pass tests independently when ComfyUI folder_paths test doubles do not define base_path. Validation: python -m pytest -q passed with 381 passed, 7 skipped.
