Clicking profile links in comments breaks comment widget

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Open a comment thread on Retrospring
2. Check if a user has been mentioned in a comment
3. Click the linked username

Expected behaviour

The profile of the user should open.

Actual behaviour

Either you get a "Content missing" error if the user doesn't exist or the widget now reloads endlessly.

Detailed description

Note to self, solution: Add data-turbo="false" to all user profile links!
