Overview
Enhance core-cli to support invocation via general terminal commands. Allow listing, creation, and management of 'tasks' and 'routines' using standard CLI commands, enabling use with other automation agents.
Requirements
- Support:
core-cli tasks and core-cli routines as direct terminal invocations
- Usable in scripts or by external agents (not just interactive use)
- Accept arguments and options for non-interactive operation
- Provide clear doc/examples for automation scenarios
Acceptance Criteria
- Tasks and routines can be managed non-interactively
- Compatible with process automation and agent orchestration
