Scala 3 support

Changes

• Add Scala 3.4.0 to the current crossScalaVersions
• Removed scalacOptions from build.sbt and instead configured sbt-typelevel plugin. It can configure compiler options based on the current selected Scala version in a cross build setup. cf: https://github.com/typelevel/sbt-typelevel/blob/main/settings/src/main/scala/org/typelevel/sbt/TypelevelSettingsPlugin.scala
• Configured mdoc settings to update the README.md on project's root with the generated output.
• Updated cats and slick versions. Slick 3.5.0 is the latest release that supports Scala 3
• Updated version to 0.10.6

Also, it would be helpful if a release for 0.10.5 is published to maven central as mentioned in this issue #58

Thank you Eric! Unfortunately, both me and previous contributors no longer work at RMSOne and cannot merge PRs. So forking is the best option to go further!
