• Make the everyday-use roadmap the active project milestone and link its 13 assignable issues.
• Record that the original Phase 5 ten-user criterion was superseded, not passed.
• Align the product spec, status, backlog, and README while retaining the shipped alpha history.

Validation

• git diff --check passed.
• Reviewed the four-file documentation diff and verified GitHub issues Everyday-use refinement roadmap: connection, command loop, sessions, transcripts #44-Validate the combined everyday-use release path #57 are open; Technical-alpha use sufficient to evaluate the Phase 5 exit criterion #2 is closed as superseded.
• No app code changed, so build and Android tests were not run.
