Problem
The retained 128 KiB output tail can take noticeable time to expand, and repetitive output makes position and Collapse difficult to recover.
Contract
Render large retained output in manageable chunks or lazy sections, retain a useful position indicator, and keep Collapse reachable without scrolling to the final line. Preserve existing bounded-tail semantics and terminal fallback.
Acceptance
- Long styled Unicode output, progress rewrites, and repeated lines remain responsive under the existing performance fixture.
- Text selection, ANSI styling, confirmed links, TalkBack traversal, truncation notices, and deliberate user scroll position remain correct.
- Compact-height and keyboard-open layouts keep the exit/collapse action reachable.
Validation
Extend the production-path large-output runner and focused Compose tests; check the owner-device path in a grouped signed candidate.
