I walk into environments with no documentation, no CI/CD, and no observability, and I leave behind infrastructure that actually works. Federal/DoD compliance, Iron Bank containers, Platform One deployments, and the less glamorous stuff — migrating legacy systems between clouds without losing data and untangling years of manual deployment processes.

Structured Lab Series

The hardening/platform lab series has grown into its own org — HalcyonOps: container hardening, IaC security, K8s bootstrap, MLOps, Go deploy, SRE observability, an in-progress agentic platform lab, and a secure Terraform module baseline, designed to be read together.

What I'm Working On

• 🔐 secrets-broker — A custody broker between AI coding agents and Bitwarden Secrets Manager — the agent asks, a human's desktop decides, the vault never talks to the agent directly
• 📦 runtime-images — Minimal signed language runtime images with owned rebuild timing, SBOMs, provenance, and vulnerability gates
• 🤖 roger — A Discord chat bot on OpenRouter, and the spiritual successor to my first-ever programming project
• 🔭 scout — Deterministic discovery digest: scores public feeds against an explicit watchlist and says why each item matched
• 🏠 hearth — Self-hosted home information tracker: floorplans, electrical circuits, and (later) maintenance and vendor records
• 📱 threadline — An exploratory transcript-first SSH client for Android
