In #27 I created the
SymplecticParttype to be able to distinguish between the binary values in the symplectic representation of Paulis as canonicalization is best defined on a binary tableau instead of purely by Paulis. I exposed it tozixy._zixy, but forgot to add it to the import tree in anywhere sensible for Python users. This PR ammends this and adds a test for canonicalization with a custom ordering to confirm it.
