There was a 'return False' missing that I must've forgotten

Currently is_proc_running always returns false as the old method has since been outdated and now not functioning.
Using the --boot flag on windows functions well.

Changed --boot method so it functions well on windows. Old method for checking if running became outdated and stopped functioning.

You actually want to update the FoxDot/init.py file, the init.py in the immediate folder needs deleting and is causing some users some weirdness to happen so if you don't mind moving your changes to there I'll take a look :)

No worries - I'm not sure what happened but there are two __init__ files very similar so could be a result of some bad copy and pasting on my part
