SEQCROW is a plugin for UCSF ChimeraX that is built on our Python implementation of AaronTools. SEQCROW adds features to ChimeraX that simplify building structures and running QM computations.

SEQCROW is still very much in development. Check back frequently as we add features and fix bugs! If you experience a bug with one of SEQCROW's tools, please submit a bug report.

A version of SEQCROW (ChimAARON) is also available for Chimera! See the Chimera branch.
