Our tags do not start with `v` (eg. `v1.2.3`), so the trigger tag pattern should not expect so.

Description
Currently the release trigger expects tags to start with a
v(eg.v1.2.3), but our tags do not (1.2.3).The tag pattern needs to be updated to account for this.
