v1.0.0 — QBCC simulation code and data

Initial public release of the simulation code and data for "An Open-Quantum-Systems Theory of Quantum-Biological Communication Channels" (IEEE TMBMC). Pure-Python (NumPy/SciPy); bash run.sh reproduces all results and passes the 13/13 theorem-vs-simulation regression tests and 5/5 extended verification checks.
