Include screenshots and screen recordings, similar to other pages

- Add a Troubleshooting section covering common Kafka Connect issues (registry misconfiguration, Failed status, config validation errors, stale plugin list). - Wire up a video tutorial embed and inline screenshot placeholders at each step, matching the convention used on other pages (assets/images/kafka-connect/, assets/videos/kafka-connect.webm) — media to be added separately.
