From the command line, run the following:

git clone git@github.com:Peach2Peach/decrypt-peach-file-backup.git
cd decrypt-peach-file-backup
npm i react-native-crypto-js
node decrypt.js <fileContent> <password>

Git, Node and npm(npm install -g npm) must be installed first on the same laptop. You may need to retrieve these info from the file backup to use your existing account with the Peach API
