- Delete 11 stale files from prior upstream versions (GDS research domain-steps, market-steps, document-project sub-workflow YAMLs, create-prd validation report) - Content checker: skip SKILL.md in extra-file warnings (generated files, not synced content) — fixes 4 CIS + 2 other false positives - Content checker: check overlapping dirs against ALL upstream sources, not just the last one — fixes false "extra file" warnings for create-prd and research (shared by core + GDS) - Workflow validator: include core skills (src/core/skills/) in upstream set — fixes 11 false "plugin-only, investigate" warnings Validation warnings reduced from 68 to 5.
