Upstream repos renamed skills with bmad- prefix (e.g., create-epics-and-stories → bmad-create-epics-and-stories). Old un-prefixed dirs were left behind. Adds clean-orphaned-skills.ts script that detects dirs not in any upstream source's valid set and removes them. Also fixes husky hook permissions. Re-syncs upstream content to fix 97 content drift errors introduced when v6.2.0 sync was pushed without validation (husky hooks weren't executable). Adds workflowWorkarounds for TEA agent YAML references that still use old un-prefixed names (teach-me-testing → bmad-teach- me-testing, etc). 11 cross-module drifts remain (tracked in bmp-q1y).
