The P1 finding was that overall R6 alpha closure did not explicitly reconcile the unmet R4 acceptance dependency.
Commit dbeee57 makes the #251 alpha-only exception explicit in all six status documents, preserves R4.1/R4.4/R4.5 as unmet prerequisites for fully qualified release, and states that this check does not authorize R7 handoff.
Exact-source CI for dbeee57: run 35930495638 passed all three jobs (Windows, Linux tests, and Linux-to-Windows build).
