This ofxAlembic is for openFrameworks 0.10.0/vs2017.

Alembic 1.7.11
OpenEXR 2.3

There are some differences from original repo

Not support MacOS
Only support Ogawa format
binaries are 64bit and release-build only.

Know issues

a part of "write only first frame"' code in write-example may not work.
