Add a "View File Contents" section covering `oxen cat` (stream a file's bytes at a revision to stdout) and a note on `oxen info --revision`/`-r --json` for retrieving a file's metadata at the same revision.

Looks good, of course we will have to merge the updates to cat and info and ship them in the oxen cli crate before merging this to main.
I ran the commands to test and noticed the sample output for oxen info was incomplete. I tweaked that a littl.e bit.
